Bushings, struts, pads, and rotors are measured on the car, not guessed from a year range. A pull, a grind, or extra pedal travel is the usual reason for the visit.

Computer diagnostics
Warning lights, sensors, charging faults, and module communication are read with a scan, then checked on the system the code points to. The reading is part of the ticket conversation, so a code is not treated as a finished repair.
